  Providing a full and comprehensive range of administrative support to the Professional Education and Development (PED) Team as required, including managing shared email inboxes – answering general enquiries from the student nurses, using spreadsheets to manage the placements of the student nurses within the Trust and track the training being delivered to them. Arranging rooms, designing flyers, sending reminders and managing the registers of training sessions being delivered by the PED Team. Providing diary management and co-ordinating the diaries of the clinical staff who I support to ensure the most effective use of the Team's time in relation to the Trust’s activities and priorities. Taking minutes at meetings as requested. Thinking on my feet and problem solving to allow the teams that I support to run as smoothly as possible – this includes regular meetings with the clinical team to find out which of the applications and tools are working for them and which aren't, taking this information away and coming back to them with and processes and tools which work better and more smoothly, for example, spreadsheets and databases to capture data and ways of communicating that information to Trust Operational Leads and externally to Universities and stakeholders.
