Initiated requisitions for parts through BMW MRO COST and off site warehouse locations and distributed to requesting ESA's or Non-Maintenance Production Personnel. Respond to Critical Breakdown's when ESA's require parts in expedited fashion to minimize line down time of production. Cull parts and stage in secured parts storage area for plant shutdowns and planned weekend preventative maintenance. Process and ship refurbishments parts and or cores through BMW's Shipping Dept. or forward to MRO refurbishment clerk for further processing. Certified 6k forklift operator @ Plant 10, troubleshoot and provide expedient customer service in identifying and locating spare parts for ESA's and Paint Shop Section leadership.

Monitor 3.6 million in inventory and perform inventory adjustments as needed, ensure new material is commodity grouped and updated into e-crib and labeled per customers specifications. Inspected outbound materials to ensure proper preparation of shipping documents, adequate packing and secure loading of shipments onto trucks. Coordinated with Transportation Department the movement of material from main receiving area to other base facilities or sites within the theater of operations. Coordinate RTCH support for the offloading and uploading of containers and vehicles. Proactive to ensure customer satisfaction with delivered items and obtained proper signatures for receipt of materials. Supervised 2 warehouse workers and 20 foreign TCN workers to effectively manage work load during extremely busy periods. Operated 6k, 10k & 30K forklifts to load and offload freight when regular drivers were not available.
