Established Restoring DePauw’s Treasures (RDT) Conservation Endowment with $675,000 in cash and committed gifts to date and created a new $30,000 unrestricted art acquisition fund. Coordinated the planning, funding, and consolidation of the permanent art collection in one centralized location, replaced all storage units with archival-grade equipment, and added security upgrades. Additionally, staff completed three Museum Assessment Programs through AAM and one Conservation Assessment Program through IMLS.
