  Contracted to the 690th NSS Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) for user support. Supported both Military and Civilian users with account and computer related issues. Through the correct validating source I modified users account settings and permissions to fulfill the needs of the Air Force. Working with the ESD I performed the following: • Created and resolved Remedy tickets • Remedy ticketing system user account creation and permissions • Created, modified, and managed user and administrative accounts using NetIQ Directory and Resource Administrator services • Created, modified, and managed group accounts to give users access to share drives, mailing list, and organizational mailboxes Show less
