Doctrinal Training Team / Systems Digital Integration

During my time with Northrop Grumman on a military contract I was worked for 2 years on a Doctrinal Training Team (DTT), I supported the team as a Sustainment subject matter expert while mentoring soldiers in planning during the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and providing IT support imaging machines, working with exchange, Sharepoint and setting up with the exercises with minimal guidance from the Team leader. The third year I moved to a position performing military systems integration. During this time I supported units performing digital integration from the systems to the servers. During my time with GD I supported simulation exercises by performing database administration on simulation software. JANUS: I worked with the simulation software to create the equipment and terrain required for the training event. Ensuring all the equipment works like the equipment the unit owned to include weapons and vehicles. JCATS: this is a different piece of simulation software that provided better simulation products. During my time in the military I was Artillery, Combat Engineer, Company Supply, Aviation, fuel support. The main positions I held was: Supply sergeant in the Artillery and Aviation companies where I was in charge of millions of dollars in equipment for the commanders to ensure all required equipment was accounted for. Readiness Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) where I planned, and provided support to the command for administration and training for company level operations. I also executed training and meeting funds. Extra duties; Key custodian, Physical Security NCO for the building and units. Operations NCO for the Aviation BN planning and providing guidance to the companies on Battalion training and administration. I was also the Physical Security NCO for the Building and Battalion(BN), OPSEC Manager for the BN, Information security manager for the BN, I was in charge of training and meeting funds for the BN.
