I have had the pleasure of working with Craig at Mattersight for 5 years. As a Service Delivery Manager Craig has provide a high level of service to his customers and to Mattersight. Craig has a very strong work ethic and is very skilled at taking on new tasks, challenges, and responsibilities to meet project deadlines and customer demands. He was one of the few who could successfully bridge the gap between the variety of client and internal technical and business teams that he worked with and he was well respected by all. He was always someone that you could count on to stay on top of task assignments with an endless stream of follow ups and reminders to task owners, this was always much appreciated by all and kept projects running smoothly. In summary, Craig is one of those guys who you would always want on your team.
