      I started at Comet as a Generalist CSA assisting issues they were having with white and brown goods over the phone, after 6 months a new department opened for grey goods which I applied for, upon being offered the position I moved onto that department, during my time on the grey goods department I helped customers with their PC, mobile phone, portable audio equipment and other grey good issues over the phone. I also during a certain period of time assisted Home Access customers with their issues over the phone until the scheme was disbanded by David Cameron when he became Prime Minister. I also worked on various projects involving creating a full knowledgebase, creating basic HTML pages for use on the local intranet and other small projects to make processes within the business easier.
