  I was fortunate enough to be among the first 150 employees hired at Amazon's newest and largest distribution center to date. We have now grown to over 1400 employees within the past seven weeks. Our current inbound volume is third overall in a company with multi-national locations. Our ICQA department at the BOZ7 site has exceeded all expectations at the corporate level in both productivity and accuracy. Because it would be impossible for Amazon to have an outside entity to inventory entire facilities in one or two days as most companies do, it is our job in ICQA to provide oversight on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis. Not only does this ensure accountability on a governmental level, but this also allows Amazon to ensure near total accuracy in it's customer's requests/orders at the lowest possible prices while doing so in a timely and cost efficient manner.
