Craig is one of the most amazing and knowledgable media professionals I know - and I'm not joking about that. He is an expert in Paid Social Media, Data Driven Marketing and Client Management. Craig has excellent situational and people management skills - he knows when to be focussed, when to defuse tension with a joke, how to motivate his team and how to quickly arrive at a solution. It's surprising how he manages to do all this so effortlessly. A man of many talents, his skills as a stand up comedian make him stand out from run-of-the-mill team leads.
