I worked with Craig on an enterprise-scale project to replace the Wisconsin State Department of Corrections Offender Management system with Marquis Software Development's eOMIS system. Craig's contribution helped ensure the smooth implementation of this project: He served as the Marquis program manager - organizing and leading all Marquis activies including requirements gathering, software development and testing, software deployment, application customization, issue resolution, and data conversion from Wisconsin's legacy system to the Marquis eOMIS system. Craig demonstrated that he is an outstanding multi-tasker - consistently and efficiently managing all of these project responsibilites with calm professionalism. Additionally, I found him to be a clear and articulate communicator, level-headed under all circumstances, and effective in working with all management levels, technical groups, and user groups. Craig would be a valuable part of any large-scale system implementation.
