Interserve: - 6025 TMF (Tails Management Facilities) PhaseONE Project for Jacobs at Urenco. - Petrofac ModuleCraig embarked on the completion of the TMF Project undertaking the role of Junior Engineer, where he would process the amended isometric drawings to meet the build completion date. Within the role, Craig received the revised isometrics to be re-engineered, checking of material and to update the DataEase system. Upon doing this, he was also required to regularly communicate with the Interserve Fabrication Facilities Manager to process amendments and ensure that site is issued with all materials required. Furthermore, with helping to complete the final stages of TMF PhaseONE, Craig assisted with the initial set up the Petrofac Module Skid Unit Project where he would assist in creating all new data within the DataEase system, creating and managing the document control and communicating with the Senior Engineer before the contract was fully released to Interserve.

Hertel: Teesside Waste Energy Project Assisting Testing Engineer / Technical Clerk 27th March 2014 – 20th February 2015 Following the success of the Evap-D Project for Sellafield, Craig enrolled onto the Teesside Waste Energy Project to assist the Testing Engineers, in order to create and process the test packs required for site commissioning stage. Within this role, Craig consolidated the drawing packs, combining the required isometrics, P&ID’s, and Line Lists. Where applicable, he was required to highlight and mark the test limits, type of tests and completion documentation for commissioning. The organizing of Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, service tests, equipment and documentation for the project test team was another aspect to Craig’s role. In addition, he worked in the QA/QC department with the up keep of Radiography Graphs, NDT Reports & updating red lined drawings for the final as-built drawings. Craig attended meetings with sub-contractors and the clients (Foster Wheeler & Air Products) to assist with key aspects of the project and assist with risk mitigation, to achieve the milestones and agreed completion dates.

Interserve: Evap-D Project Technical Clerk QA/QC Department 28th May 2012 – 27th March 2014 (TUPE to Hertel) Craig joined Interserve to work on the Evap-D project for Sellafield, Nuclear Power build. His roles included assisting the Site Surveyor in producing 2D Auto-CAD drawings for the steel framework installation. In addition, Craig was responsible for the updating of any drawings the internal checking procedures. Once completed, he continued to work alongside the QA/QC department for the progress of pipe installation, providing the isometrics, P&ID’s and 3D print outs of the modules. The position also required Craig to regularly coordinate with the Principal Contractor, Costain, with the development of outstanding tasks and overall project management, to ensure the project was progressing towards the agreed completion date.
