    • Bright Anneal Line Operator / Mechanical Engineer
      • Sep 2015 - Mar 2016

Specialty Steel Mill. Primarily Stainless Steel and Titanium. I worked on the Bright Anneal line for a year worth of hours. The Bright Anneal line is a controlled atmosphere furnace. The furnace was 100 feet long vertically heating up to 2100 F, the controlled atmosphere was 300 feet long. It was filled with nitrogen or argon and even up to 100% Hydrogen. It was a very dangerous machine that had to be operated carefully. I was trained to be Line Operator, and was the Mechanical Engineer of the line on night shift. Show less
