As a Customer Repair Advisor, I take calls from people of many different skill types when involving computers. Some have a vast knowlage and some have barely any. My job is to help our customers with any internet connection problems they have. I work in a call center so all help I give is over the telephone. We also walk customers through email client setup and any questions related to googles "new look". While challenging and intense, my new job is by far the best I have ever had. I hope to move and grow within TDS, or move into a bigger and better position with another company doing the same type of work. Show less
