I had the absolute privilege of having Craig on my team at Harrison College. Craig was instrumental in developing the ReEntry team and strategy from the ground up. The mission of our team was to help former students return to their studies to the completion of their degree. Because no two circumstances were the same, there was a high level of multi-tasking, inter-departmental discussion, Academic and Financial Aid considerations, and requirements for each student. Prior to the department being formally created, Craig WAS the department. He was integral to creating the processes and strategy related to the creation of the ReEntry department and retention requirements of the college. I conducted face-to-face interviews with students to explain the merits of a Harrison College education, and I also trained incoming staff on the recruitment process. I also collaborated with leaders from the academic and financial aid departments towards a smooth enrollment process for all incoming students.
