Craig's help with getting our insurance sorted out was outstanding. He took the time to understand our business and regularly provided us with updates on progress which massively put our mind at ease due to time constraints we were under from a new client. Our requirements were reasonably complex due to working in high risk environments but we were always kept in the loop and nothing seemed to be a problem.
