      Lassonde Pappas is a North American Private Label and Branded beverage manufacturer. I was brought into Lassonde Pappas as the VP in the year 2006, to create and lead the Supply Chain operations. In the year 2014, I took the offer to lead the sales aspect of the business. While I lead Sales, the supply chain part of the business went downhill, and I was reinstated as the VP of the Supply Chain in April of 2019.       I was responsible for managing the movement, cleaning, blending, delivery, and control of all Folgers and Millstone Brand Green Coffee from entry into the United States through delivery to the manufacturing sites. This included contractor management, demand planning, inventory planning, capacity planning, finite production planning, quality control, and managing a $22M operating budget. I had a total of 27 reports working for me, and 4 direct reports who respectively led four major functions of the company: Operations, Quality, Transportation / Customs, and Co-Manufacturing Management.
