"Een paar dagen terug heb ik een workshop gedragsverandering gevolgd bij Cedric. Ondanks dat ik hier vanuit yogabeoeffening al veel ervaring mee heb, was het een verfrissende workshop. Cedric heeft een goed format gevonden om je inzicht te geven in je eigen gedragingen en presenteert een duidelijk stappenplan aan de hand waarvan gedragsverandering plaats kan vinden. Cedric begeleid dit proces in de workshop door vragen te stellen en suggesties te doen. Je voelt dat hij begrijpt waar hij het over heeft. Als je de deur uit gaat heb je echt het idee dat een positieve verandering in je gedrag dichter bij is en dat je er meer grip op hebt. Ik ben zelf gisteren begonnen 's avonds een extra yogasessie te doen in plaats van een halve zak chips te eten.
