Porter Bell is an extraordinary employee. She is detailed-oriented and professional is every aspect of the position she held as HR Generalist 1 for the City of Littleton. She made herself available to employees at all times and promptly responded when asked questions. She has a calm, soothing demeanor in a job that can be quite stressful. Porter Bell was assigned the position of Benefits Manager and did a fabulous job instituting a new benefits software and making sure employees were informed, educated and comfortable with the new processes that were instituted. Porter would be an asset to any company.
