18 months after 'graduating' from Helen's coaching sessions I find myself repeating the tools she has shown me and reciting catch phrases that she taught me. I started working with Helen after a very stressful time in my job and a phase of my career where I needed to answer 'what's next? do I want to keep stepping up the ladder? Can I do that and still ensure I have a personal life balance? How do I maintain a balance and not lose myself in the stress, consequently effecting my health and general wellbeing? ' Helen was brilliant! She has a talent to be calm and soft, however passionate and enthusiastic at the same time. Our sessions were very powerful and although I was often overwhelmed, each session ended with me feeling at peace and mentally rested, on track and knowing what my next move should be. I owe a lot to Helen, my friends and family can vouch for it, as they will confirm I speak of her coaching often and I often say "oh, I wonder how Helen would approach that". Since my coaching with Helen, I have gained confidence in myself, in particular I took back control of my professional life, reminding myself it is me that makes the decisions about me. This has shown in my change in career path over the past 12 months. I recommend Helen to anyone in your business. Your accountable execs and your wider teams, your family and friends. Once you have met her you will know what I mean!
