As a response to the nature of the pandemic, I led the department's transition to a fully online execution of nearly every program slated for production in 2020. Responsibilities also included: managing the organizational scheduling of both programming/events and staffing for a total of nearly 120 programs annually with a staff of up to 16; leading the process of department hiring; and, managing a team of 4 program management associates. I also maintained a portfolio of international high profile custom clients and local open enrollment educational programs.

We also were selected to join the federally funded Promise Neighborhood Initiative as the lead for high school programming in San Francisco's Mission District.
