During this internship I got exposure to many aspects of Recruiting. During my time here, I recruited and hired 35 individuals for the Call Center. I reviewed resumes and applications, phone screened individuals and set up interviews, and managed their onboarding process through until their first day on the job. Throughout this time I was also in charge of managing the temp worker process, from communicating with the temp agencies via email, sending out updates, and making sure everyone was informed of individuals starting the following week. I was also on a team of individuals working on a project for the recruiting process, which was merging two of the systems together to make the temp hiring process more simple on all ends.
