She’s easy to work for, since her expectations were clear and straightforward. She was always available by text or e-mail. In my experience of working with administrators, her quality of communication was the best. Courtney is open, honest, and direct. She is caring, thoughtful, and supportive. Because of these qualities that she contributed, the work culture felt more positive and respectful. Anyone would be lucky to work with Courtney.
