After school program for teens that are 6-8th graders. This program allows them to have a place to be after school when parents can't pick them up. We engage them to do all sorts of activities such as group games, cooking and even encourage them to get their homework done. Runs from after school to 6pm Mon-Thurs and Friday runs to 5pm.February 2014-June 2014 I also just started a running clinic for the teens who are interested in making running worth while and fun! This clinic is called Teen Zone Athletic Running (TZAR). This clinic emphasizes proper running formation, working on breathing, pace, and tips and strategies to make you a better runner! After school program for elementary school children between the grade 1-5th graders. This program allows kids who can't get picked up right after school to stay on school premise supervised. The kids can play, do homework, read. It more so they can burn off energy and hangout with friends or make new friends. Program runs Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 2.30pm-4.30pm and Wed 1.30pm-4.30pm. I have also subbed at Old MiIl, Strawberry and still do on occasion when needed.
