      After school program for teens that are 6-8th graders. This program allows them to have a place to be after school when parents can't pick them up. We engage them to do all sorts of activities such as group games, cooking and even encourage them to get their homework done. Runs from after school to 6pm Mon-Thurs and Friday runs to 5pm.February 2014-June 2014 I also just started a running clinic for the teens who are interested in making running worth while and fun! This clinic is called Teen Zone Athletic Running (TZAR). This clinic emphasizes proper running formation, working on breathing, pace, and tips and strategies to make you a better runner!
