Organisational Psychologist Key Responsibilities: • Employee Assistant Program (EAP) counselling: counselling for work related issues such as bullying or harassment, management coaching, employee coaching, workplace conflict, work pressure, work related trauma, retirement or redundancy, physical injury at work or other work related issues. Program also offered counselling for non-work related issues such as physical injury or medical condition, family or relationship issues, loss and grief, personal functioning (i.e., anxiety, stress and depression) or other personal issues. Program extended to family or partners of the referred client hence children, couple and family were also counselled under the EAP. • Early Intervention Programs: implementation and management of individualised occupational strategies for employees reporting workplace issues and concerns. • Assessments: main assessments include Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), DISC Advanced Profile (DISC), Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) etc... • Report Writing: Preparation of letters to General Practitioners, other allied health specialists and insurance companies as required. Medico-legal reports for legal professionals, case noting and recording. Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify barriers and recommend appropriate interventions that will overcome them. In most cases, this involves contact with an injured worker, managers, supervisors, treating health practitioners, insuring agents, and WorkSafe Victoria representatives. This typically also involves a worksite assessments to review working conditions, identify required support, areas of assistance and appropriate work duties to facilitate a safe return to work.
