      I work with students who are of ages from reception to year seven in an out of school setting. I take on the role of my director when they are unavailable, which includes taking over all operations such as admin, parent discussions, planning and behaviour management. Within this employment I am to assist in preparing food, whist acknowledging the allergies of many children. I also work with my co-workers and director to create activities that will be of interest to the children and help them learn in many different areas.I am also working with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language Development Disorders and other Learning Disabilities, which has challanged me in many ways but has helped me learn a great deal about how to work with children with these disabilities.
