Courtney is hands down one of the most involved Branch Administrators I’ve ever worked under in my banking career. Courtney cares about her retail staff; if there is ever a staffing situation that arises in a branch unexpectedly, Courtney immediately coordinates with other branches to ensure staff are not working short handed without hesitation. The Universal Banker Training program pioneered by Courtney is the most organized, well thought, and effective programs I have ever been through. Feedback during a new hire period is key to a new hires success, and Courtney did great work in the development of that! Courtney is, like all managers at Bluestone, extremely approachable and easy to speak to if a problem arises. Courtney is amazing to work under and alongside!

She is very knowledgeable about banking/finance and has the ability to anticipate situations/problems and take appropriate action before they become issues.
