  The Senior Coordinator holds an important role to support the fulfillment of all IIBA and other social obligations (Project Certificates, TSM, RMMS, ICMC, etc.). This is achieved by providing direction and support to the IIBA team, and coordinating all implementation and reporting activities, and serving as a liaison between AEM divisions and departments in all social performance activities. - Social Performance Implementation and Reporting: including monitoring and developing action plans, processes and reporting for social performance frameworks like Towards Sustainable Mining , ICMC inspections/audits, IIBA, Project Certificate, and any other requirement linked to social performance, as well as supporting community engagement by providing advice, support and assistance towards the planning and implementation of community based initiatives that support the Department
