Having started at such an exciting time, when in-person events were returning and many new faces joining the team, I've enjoyed the chance to set the foundations for robust processes and implementing efficiencies that will allow for growth in the organisation and the use of the Tessitura Software. And now, a year into my role, it's been exciting to drive a few different projects, from strategy to implementation. These include: - the Centre's first performance keyword strategy that allows us to target our marketing, and identify sales trends in the types of events we hold so we can then make data-driven decisions. - Customised Gift Vouchers, utilising Tessitura's TNEW platform and adding the ability to print a beautiful voucher. - improvements to the email subscriber experience, allowing subscribers to opt in and out of different eNews options. - the Centre's Community Tickets program, which allows us to connect with local not-for-profit groups and work with them to remove any barriers that prevent members from attending. - redesigning the transaction fee model to include them in the ticket price. This removes all fees from the transaction pathway and allows for clear communication on ticket pricing. I'm looking forward to the next year as we continue to focus on revenue growth to ensure we can continue to support writers, readers and thinkers and build a diverse and passionate database.
