Courtney was an exceptional Strategy intern during her time in Cossette, she proved herself very quickly not only to be a great team player with her upbeat can-do attitude but also with her ability to understand complex problems and find solutions. Courtney was very impactful during her period as she helped the team tremendously by managing strategic projects including research, campaign analysis/recommendation and by providing strategic inputs by herself so it was not surprising that she quickly outgrew her intern role and became part of the strategy team day to day. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to join the team and would wholeheartedly welcome her back or recommend her to anyone.

During her time on the marketing committee for Dave's Store (On-campus general store located within the Faculty of Management building), Courtney was able to effectively engage with the student body to achieve the following objectives: 1) Inform students of the process (i.e. where, how and when) around signing up for lockers and purchasing course packs for classes at the beginning of each academic semester; 2) Create awareness around ongoing sales of the store's various product lines to meet annual revenue targets. Courtney was able to meet these objectives primarily by leveraging the use of social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) to create an interactive channel between Dave's store and the student body through weekly promotional posts and prize draws). I was very impressed by Courtney's ability to connect the target audience with the information that they want and need. I would highly recommend Courtney for any sales and marketing role.
