  The responsibilities of this role was to handle the entire settlement process for our client's property acquisition, to make the new purchase as smooth and seamless as possible. I managed everything from when a contract was exchanged, liaised with conveyancers and financial brokers, conferred with local property managers and saw the acquisition all of the way to settlement and beyond. Other tasks beyond the main role included overseeing and managing the companies' CRM system, both front and back end automations, handling social media platforms, digital marketing, in line with our external head of marketing, project management for roadshows and upcoming company events, new business enquiries and personal assistant tasks and calendar integration for the Managing Director.   Camp Chipinaw is a children's camp for all aged school children in the Catskills Mountains New York State, focusing on growth, fun, making new friends, getting outdoors and trying something new. My time with the camp over one summer, consisted of running the gymnastics facility, holding 6 classes a day for all aged children with many different abilities in gymnastics; whether that be someone who had never participated before, or an elite gymnast training 20 plus hours a week. We would cater for all making the environment safe, supportive and always fun. As part of my role, I was also a bunk counsellor for freshman aged girls and responsible for their wellbeing throughout the entirety of the summer. My main focus was to support, care and nurture these children, helping them at any moment with any task at hand.
