The Cultural Exchange Programme provides international students the opportunity to spend their summer break from university working at the Universal Resort in Orlando, Florida. I was given the opportunity to interact and experience many cultures first hand with Guests from the United States and all over the world, learn important business philosophies and make lifelong friends. Not only that, living in the heart of Orlando for the summer provided me with endless opportunities for Cultural Exchange. In addition to the valuable skills gained through day-to-day responsibilities of the job I obtained at Loews Hotels, I had the opportunity to network with business leaders and participate in special Cast Member activities while gaining real-world experience with one of the most admired entertainment parks in the world.
