  While teaching at this school district, I experience countless learning experiences. I began teaching at departmental school structure. My position was teaching 2nd & 3rd grade Language Arts/Social Studies. I was in this position for two years. Then I taught general education in 3rd grade for two years. I was responsible for creating lesson, developing differentiated activities, curriculum instruction, and implementing the new state standards.
