Courtney is a kind, intelligent and patient care-giver. She interviewed with us when our youngest was weeks old, she won us over with her kindness and dedication. Then we got to know her and realized really she is a part of our family. She was/is an incredible Nanny providing structure, love and stability to our young and growing family. Courtney is so trustworthy, dependable and a wonderful person to know! She is passionate about what she does and extremely dependable, I consider her a friend and my kids consider her as family. Courtney is an excellent disciplinary, I try to take a step back and learn from her educational background and knowledge on how to discipline effectively.

Lynda Reid, EdD, PCC, PQ COACH™ , Author, TEDx Speaker

Courtney is one of the most thoughtful, caring and compassionate people I know. She is a positive beacon with great energy and enthusiasm. I have known Courtney for 9 years and watched her evolve as a young professional. Like many Millennials, Courtney has explored a variety of career experiences which have provided her with a rich background of knowledge and skills. Courtney would be an excellent addition to any youth advocacy non-profit organization.
