Courtney is very knowledgeable in her area and a pleasure to work with. She has been instrumental in providing insight and financial analysis for critical go/no-go decision on projects. I would be happy to have Courtney be a part of any of my projects and teams.

Alissa Alley

I managed Courtney during her time in Corporate FP&A. Courtney works extremely well with cross-functional teams. She became an expert in our admin expense reporting and was the "go to" for any questions in the organization related to admin budgeting and reporting. Courtney is also very technically savvy. She helped create a simple and flexible model for creating our Long Range Plan and became a critical contributor to developing our LRP. She was also instrumental in getting our Power BI implementation project off the ground. Courtney is not afraid of changes in technology; in fact, she welcomes them, and is always looking for ways to do things in a more effective and efficient way. Overall, as others have said, Courtney is a pleasure to work with. This feedback comes from her peers as well as from management. Courtney's skills and positive attitude would make her an asset to any company.

In this role I support strategic business decisions with thoughtful reporting and analytics. The team relies on me to have innovative and efficient reporting for as many KPIs as inventory, margin, new item launches, brand tracking, and high level reporting and analytics. I regularly provide the team with insightful analytics and have earned the teams' trust when sending out new reports and templates. I am well received with recommendations and analysis I provide. I have been stretched to learn SQL reporting in this role and I have risen to the challenge. In doing so I greatly improved and simplified complex data requests and bottlenecks experienced by the team in receiving insightful analytics. Show less

I developed financials and financial strategies for Innovation products and platforms in a startup environment. I worked closely with functional teams to support the development and launch strategy. As a team, we were professional problem-solvers.I successfully managed multiple projects at a time and built new and stronger relationships with each team. I supported decision making by providing pro forma P&Ls and strategic analysis. I was the go-to for identifying cost drivers and efficiency savings opportunities.I was also the go-to for Excel modeling questions, Power BI dashboards and reports, and data structure. I really enjoyed having the know-how on multiple systems as it created opportunities to teach and learn with others. Show less

I hit the ground running in this previously vacant role.High exposure role to the C-Suite. My VP at the time shared with me I was in this role because of my reputation for relationship building. So I got right to restoring and developing relationships between C-Suite executives and FP&A. I was the master of all the data and cost centers this role touched. I wanted to understand it all and be able to answer to it. Inevitably, I became a translator for management and tech to promote progress in reporting and analysis.I made the art of Foreign Currency rate planning more of a science. Then transitioned it smoothly to the Treasury team for ownership and maintenance. Show less

I developed relationships with brand managers to support collaboration, cooperation, and understanding between FP&A and Marketing.I managed as many as 13 meetings in a one-week span with each marketing budget owner to maintain the integrity of advertising and promotional expense forecasting and reporting. I identified many opportunities for savings for the SKU Rationalization team. Additionally, I developed a model to track monthly the sales return on new products and innovation. Show less

I served as both a youth leader and one of the volunteer administrators. I include this role in my experience because of the exposure and development I received. Here, I learned leadership and people management, negotiation, discussion facilitation, and even brand management. Feel free to ask me about the many stories and experiences I have relating to each of these skill sets developed while serving this church and in this organization.
