I worked with Courtney in the capacity of implementing Agile methodologies and managing the development team for implementations and customizations of customer facing online stores for print enablement. Courtney was an extremely committed team member, acting as both the liaison for the dev team to the customer, as well as helping guide internal decisions with her extensive knowledge of customer requirements and customer expecations. She managed customer expecations excellently, whilst providing key feedback and focus to our team to highlight pain points that needed prioritization. She carried out all of her tasks and duties with aplomb, especially considering the high levels of stress and workload. I would highly recommend Courtney as a key member of staff with great customer interaction skills, and the ability to work under pressure and managing high workloads.
