      · I was trained as a Call Specialist for the American Cancer Society. using good computer, customer service and communication skills within multiple computer systems in the Donor Stewardship and Telemarketing Service Center. I successfully fund-raised thousands of dollars for 2 seasons and recruited more than 250 teams for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event over 3 seasons. I type 30+words per minute and have good computer skills. This position was in a multi-channel call center. I can navigate multiple systems and the web to achieve great customer service. I processed process credit cards and offered a great experience in customer service. I trained to handle all types of calls, dealing with complicated circumstances, while being able to multitask and complete tasks efficiently. I have learned to take both in-bound and out-bound calls. I am skilled at data entry and logging information, system and web navigation, customer relations, good typing skills (30+ words/minute), and quick response time. Calls per hour, talk time and excellent communications skills are necessary for this type of position and I have earned high accreditations for my abilities to perform these tasks well, as an asset to the organization. For the American Cancer Society, I contributed to my position by being efficient and motivated to do more than was asked and to achieve results above what was expected.
