      During my time at the University I have had a heavy focus on managing a development team, including three developers and a test lead, in the role of Project Manager. During this time, I also took on the role of “product owner”, effectively being the collaborator between business units, faculties and ITDS in order to prioritise a project backlog and ensure project outcomes were achieved, often being the trusted source for decision making.       I am currently a Senior Business Analyst at the University of Adelaide working on a large program of work to enhance the student experience. Initially I was involved in scoping the focus of the program of work and presenting the proposed projects to go ahead with. This complex body of work involved engaging with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish needs, desires and priorities through a series of workshops with various faculties and areas of the university. Since this time I have been more specifically involved in development of a complex content management, workflow and database system using Drupal and PeopleSoft, which is the first and only set of data available in the university that provides relationships between courses and programs. This has also included detailed technical configuration tasks, report design and building, and being a source of information for both the business and developers in relation to database structures and relationships of the developed APR content management system. In order to complete these outcomes I have engaged with multiple Faculties and administrative areas via one on one meetings, workshops and reviews. Working on a project that affects multiple areas has required the ability to use effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure positive outcomes for the project.
