Vikash Bhagat
Costa L was my manager in CFC Montreal , i worked with him for about 2 year. He is the people’s manager, having an excellent QA brain with know how to manage and distribute modules to his team. He defends his team when it requires at the same time he keep advising the team whenever needed. He would review all QA work to make sure that the product quality doesnt falls off a bit. I've had the privilege of working with Costa at Yellow Pages and CitiFinancial, both times reporting to Costa as my QA Manager. Each time that I have worked with Costa, the feeling from myself and others that have worked on the QA team or other teams is the same with respect to Costa. This combination from my 20 plus years of IT experience is very rare and what makes working with Costa unforgettable as peers become lifelong friends.
