  Overall Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparation of budget templates (excel) for loading into Oracle FMS and preparing reports on budget balances. • Data entry for Authority to Incur Expenditure (AIE) surrenders. • Monitors expenditure within the Conservancy and ensures adherence to budgetary provisions. • Ensure ledger reconciliations are done on a timely basis (i.e. petty cash, cash book, bank reconciliation, imprest etc.) both at the Conservancy and Zones. • Verification of financial transactions against laid down procedures • Maintenance of up-to-date accounting records in the Conservancy. • Any other duties assigned from time to time.
