  Responsible for weekly FTP and WAN based distribution of over 90 programs and services to better than 4,000 unique affiliates worldwide. Manage all internal/external FTP operations, broadcast automation integration, and client resolution. Key Contributions:  Designed and implemented XML based technology to support custom network commercial inventory delivery concurrent with feature programming. This system allows our advertising partners the ability to deliver targeted programs down to the individual station level. System includes fully-automated content delivery within our corporate WAN environment providing personnel flexibility and time management.  Manage team of 1 direct and 3 indirect reports to provide accurate, time-sensitive support to internal and external client groups.  Support, maintain, and update all relevant Network assets including Active Directory and Serv-U environments  Technical lead for cross platform Help Desk covering 4,000 + users  Create, update and provide operational guidelines and relevant technical documentation.  Serve as liaison between Production, Sales Operations, Affiliate Relations and Engineering to ensure work flow efficiency and define operational requirements.  2015 Premiere Networks Excellence Award winner for outstanding individual achievement Show less
