Intouch B2D is part of the Eversana network, and B2D leads the pharma-sciences industry in fulfilling the promise of connected end-to-end modern marketing. We did this through innovative technology solutions, performance-driven managed services and mastery of customer insights and data models. Internally, I worked with our teams to find ways to work better, faster and cheaper on our way to operational excellence. Externally, I acted as a project manager and consultant for our client organizations' improvement projects. I also managed the campaigns for several top 10 pharmaceutical company's Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaigns. Ultimately, I provide change management and business transformation consulting strategies.

I am proud of the work I did with Epiq. I was fortunate to be selected to bring "The Epiq Way" to life and build a foundation of quality for our team members. As manager of quality improvement, I helped bring to life the solutions that Epiq's clients needed to support their business. Whether that was workflow automation, software, technology, labor, or any combination thereof, I was able to bring those services to support their operations.

I learned so much from H&H. I was able to partner with entrepreneurial minded photography businesses to help them grow and create efficiencies in their operations. Customer service in this company was so much more than in others. H&H walked side by side with its clients and invests a lot into the relationships that ensue. Since the company develops its own proprietary software, there is a lot of emphasis on training and troubleshooting the different software. Sales and business development was a continuous undertone to ever day duties. The company was growing the volume side of the business and I would find myself traveling to work with studios across the country and represent H&H at many of the largest photography conventions in North America. Shortly after starting, I was promoted to lead the lab's Managed Projects department. That area was preparing for a significant increase in the projects it managed. I began to work with businesses who wanted to outsource a larger amount of their high volume photography operations. I grew the operation to be a full-service, order entry department that partners with volume photography businesses. I was able to grow this part of the business in sales and in scale. I lead 15 employees and 3 project managers who managed over 2200 projects annually. H&H Color Lab is a leader in the photographic print and photo-finishing industry and caters to professional photographers on the business to business level. I was proud to be a part of that business and worked with good, talented people.

Communication Strategy and Operations
-
Jun 2004 - Feb 2013
I earned the title of Marine in 2004, and it changed my life forever. It allowed me the opportunity to do things that I never otherwise would have been afforded. I learned from great leaders, made great relationships, and had job opportunities that very few young adults could attain. The leadership opportunities came early. Just two years into the Marine Corps I had other Marines reporting directly to me, and I was responsible for their livelihood and our mission accomplishment. As a photojournalist and communications Marine, I was able to really focus on my craft through teh many vast opportunities like combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, crime scene and investigation photography, aerial photography, traditional journalism, running repro/graphic shops, and documenting every important aspect as the eyes, ears and voice of the Marine Corps. After attaining the rank of sergeant, I was afforded the opportunity to working in the marketing field to add awareness to the Marine brand and promote the Marine Corps and its recruiting efforts. I operated the Marines' social media outlets on different networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. I liaised with different media outlets across the Midwest for promotions, advertisements, and public service announcements. Ultimately, I helped with the Marine Corps' goal of making Marines through finding young men and woman who were qualified and willing to join the most elite fighting organization in the world. After two enlistments in the Marine Corps, I was honorably discharged. The time I spent in service was the most difficult yet most rewarding experience of my life. So much of who I am is driven from the lessons, principles and core values given to me by the Corps. Semper Fidelis
