  Maintain accountability of 12 additional Marines. Keep accounted for tens of thousands of dollars’ worth in gear and equipment. Effectively command, and control the squad as one. Ensure the Marines under my charge are taken care of. Mentor the Marines under my charge. Be flexible, become acting platoon sergeant and be able to lead the platoon in any given situation. Train Marines to the Marine Corps standard so they can be effective not only on the battlefield, but in everyday life. Duty Non-Commissioned Officer, take charge over the company area during a 24 period to ensure that the barracks which the Marines stay, as well as the company area is not only secured, but intake with no damage or harm done to them or the company’s equipment.
