Electrical controls pertaining to plastic film/web handling. Enjoyed completing a controls re-engineering project on a machine that unwinds plastic film and has the ability to print on the film or apply adhesive to the film or extrusion laminate to a secondary unwound plastic film. Then the machine rewinds the film for r&d testing of the finished product. Allen-Bradley controls and HMI and Powerflex AC drives were used throughout the upgrade with Comptrol loadcells for feedback. Electrical controls pertaining to plastic film/web handling.
