  I was one of the key engineers building an iPadOS app in Swift to modernize PG&E’s infrastructure inspection, maintenance, and safety systems in the field.   • Primary developer on DigCheck Pro app (iOS/Android), a mobile front-end to USIC’s ticket management system, TicketPro. Deployed internally (~8,000 employees) and rolling out to larger clients (e.g. AT&T). • Collaborated directly with CEO, CIO, and senior management to design DigCheck to best serve our employees as well as result in cost reduction amongst our customers. • Designed JSON API, implemented client app for both iOS and Android, and developed account management website (ASP.NET) in coordination with international development team. • Took ownership of technical support and training during rollout. • Worked with CIO to balance internal and external demands to prevent feature creep and maintain a simple, easy-to-use application for non-technical users. • Goal: represent large amounts of information with visual cues to preserve UI simplicity.
