While working on MODU Kan Tan IV I have been covering all offshore HSE duties with OMV, AWE and Shell Todd Services Limited (Shell) over the past 18 months. As a HSE Coordinator I have worked in consultation with Management in designing the training matrix specifically to New Zealand ensuring that the internal training was maintained and emergency team training was carried out on a weekly bases. During this time I have participated in:• Focal point for all QHSE data collection and Input in accordance with ISO Standards, IADC, Client and Company requirements.• Corporate focal point for the administrative support of QHSE Investigations, Incident reports and Incident Tracking Log.• Collate all QHSE data and statistics for the creation and distribution of all monthly/annual QHSE reports.• Corporate focal point for internal corrective and preventative action reports to support the efficient and accurate maintenance of database.• Trainer and mentor under the Shell Integrated Gas systems i.e. Emergency Response Training/Drills, Behavioral Based Safety, DROPS, 12 Life Saving Rules, Hands Free, Management of Change, Working at Heights, Process Safety, Barrier Ownership, Temporary Pipe Work, Lifting and Hoisting & Step Back 5X5.

While working at ERGT Australia as a Senior Trainer I had the opportunity to work and train across the many courses highlighted below:• Development and implementation of Nationally Accredited training packages i.e. Develop and train Mermaid Marine Australia’s Behavioral Base Safety Program for supervisors and marine crew over a 5 day intense course structure covering: conduct local risk control, issue work permits, gas testing, enter confined spaces and work in accordance with an issued permit, working at heights, rescue at heights and confined space rescue.• Nationally Accredited training in incident response and HSE skill training programs.• Working with Woodside Australia to help develop their Emergency Response Training for both offshore and onshore production. This included: team leader training, working at heights, rescue at heights, confined space entry, confined space rescue, breathing apparatus and fire team member offshore.
