Dr. Beard is one of my best instructor at UMKC he has good knowledge of what he is teaching and he is aware of his students problems and concern. He helped me and made easy for my to pass the course when I had some family issues. I appreciate for what you have done Dr. Beard and I wish for you a good life.

Dr. Beard is one of the best professors I had at my school. He is very diligent, punctual, organized and a very good teacher. I worked with him as an research assistant and also did my thesis in EVDO performance under him. He was very helpful and guided me throughout my Master degree in UMKC as he has excellent understanding and knowledge of all wireless communications systems in all aspects. Also he is a good project manager, we worked on a project with Sprint and Dr. Beard managed the time and resources very well and was always reachable when we needed help.
