  My responsibilities included; -Being aware of physical, intellectual, social and emotional development of the children in my care. -To participate in curriculum planning and implementation in accordance with the EYFS. -To provide cover for staff of different positions within the needs of the nursery, therefore being able to adapt to different age groups, different roles and work with different teams. -To undertake training as necessary i.e. Safeguarding, FGM, food safety, first aid etc. -To communicate effectively with service users, management and staff.
