Brenda is an interior designer who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves (so to speak) and do the actual work to deliver the kind of job that fits the needs and desires of the customer.

Brenda is outstanding designer. She has the ability to look at a space, see how it is used, and design a solution to organize the clutter and make the space extremely functional. We asked Brenda to look at our Bonus Room which serves as a combination home office and family tv room. At that point it was basically four white walls with a desk, filing cabinets and a small sofa. She came back with a proposal for a fresh coat of paint with some color, cabinets, display shelves, window treatments, additional seating and lighting including some unique lighting for the desk area. She was also able to create additional work and storage space in an area which had not been used previously. We wanted to have the project done, but didn't care to be in the middle of everything, so Brenda agreed to take the keys to our house while we were on vacation, start the project and have it completed when we returned the following week. She also knew what was important to me, and worked to include environmentally friendly elements including cabinets made from recycled materials. The best part is she was able to keep it under budget! Her prices are reasonable, not cheap, but an excelent value!

I turn dreams into reality. As a partner with my customers, I help them make their home a place they love coming home to. We accomplish this through draperies, blinds, space planning , remodeling, choosing new furniture, art, accessories and colors. Having a studio in High Point gives my clients the opportunity to stop by and look at new items, ask questions and just visit. A studio also allows potential customers to call and meet me before having me come into their homes. This many times ends the fear of having an interior designer come out and intimidate them.

My responsibilities included creating custom floor and color plans for clients. Choosing materials, such as wallpaper, furnishings, fabrics and wallcoverings. I was the project manager on the job making sure everything was completed as in plan specs. At the end of the job I was the one who made sure our clients were happy with the new look in their home. Almost all of these customers followed me when I made the transition to Cornerstone Interiors. My responsibilities included creating custom floor and color plans for clients.
