In this position, I had two main responsibilities, which were as customer service and cashiering. I had other duties such as stock taking, where I would scan in new stock or scan stock that was being sent to another store. It was essential to have good communication skills when dealing with customers, managing situations in a professional and effective manner. Samsung Brand Ambassador

As Brand Ambassador for Samsung and CPM, I went into major retail outlets, such as Harvey Norman's, and sold items from Samsung's Digital Appliances section. I would represent the company and act as a liaison for customers interested in purchasing Samsung Machines. I documented all sales of Samsung Digital Appliances machines for that day and would report the quantity and value of the sales to my team manager. I directed and coordinated video and photo shoots with the Fitnessgurus team. I recorded and took photos using my Panasonic Lumix G80 DSLR Camera. Using Premiere Pro, I edited the guided exercise videos. I also edited podcast exerts. I did self-study into social media marketing strategies, and followed them when uploading photos, videos and podcast exerts to the Instagram page for FitnessGurus.
