Executive administrative responsibility for the planning, development, supervision and coordination of programs, services and activities that meet the needs of the 9063 age 60+ residents of the City of Methuen. As Department Head for Elder Affairs, leads a team that strives to make the Activity Center run efficiently to provide quality programs, services and activities in a clean, safe and welcoming environment. As a resource center, trained staff can assist individuals with benefits and assistance programs offered in the Merrimack Valley. Works withCommonwealth and Merrimack Valley Elder Network to establish services and programs to keep retirees living in their homes for as long as possible: home care, nutrition, health and wellness programs (among many more).
